The people and organizations that provide care are essential to Colorado's communities and economy. We examine policies that support a strong, sustainable care infrastructure. 

How do we support providers, slow the increasing costs of goods/services, and balance new regulations with industry challenges?   

Colorado's workforce is changing. We explore ways to support continued workforce participation, strengthen economic opportunity, and help employers adapt. 

How do businesses and states maintain their economic competitiveness in a tightening and aging labor market?   

Economic security doesn't end when a career does. We examine policies that help Coloradans build and maintain financial security throughout retirement. 

Given the move away from employer-sponsored pension plans, affordability concerns, and market fluctuations, how do we support retirement security?   

Housing needs change throughout life. We explore how housing policy, development patterns, and community planning can better reflect the needs of a changing population.

How do we intentionally align housing development patterns and state-level programming with regional demographic trends?     

Caregiving is increasingly an economic and workforce issue as well as a family issue. We examine policies that strengthen the infrastructure families and communities rely on.
